DUTIES OF THE QUALITY COORDINATOR
- To monitor the implementation of the processes determined by the Quality Commission in the units,
- Monitor the performance of identified quality processes and identify needs for improvement and report to the Quality Commission,
- To contribute to the strategic planning activities of the University,
- To ensure communication with external organizations on issues related to the Quality Management System and to ensure the execution of processes,
- To follow the quality standards and making suggestions to the Quality Commission, supporting the structuring of the Quality Management System,
- To organize the training of quality assurance unit representatives, process managers and employees on Quality Management Systems,
- To support the Quality Commission in conducting the necessary work in line with the procedures and principles determined by the Quality Assurance Directive and the decisions of the Quality Commission.
WORK PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE QUALITY COORDINATION OFFICE
- Upon the call of the Quality Coordinator, the staff assigned to the Quality Coordinator meets at least twice a month.
- The staff assigned to the quality coordination office monitor the practices organized by the Quality Coordinator in conjunction with the quality assurance unit representatives.
- The staff assigned to the Quality Coordinator evaluates the practices in the units within the confines of the strategies determined by the Quality Commission and reports them to the Quality Coordinator.
- The personnel who communicate with external stakeholders under the organization of the Quality Coordinator submit their evaluations as a report to the Quality Coordinator.
- The Quality Coordinator consolidates the reports submitted to him/her and forwards them to the Quality Commission through the Quality Assurance Office.
- The Quality Assurance Office conducts the correspondence of the Quality Coordination Office.
